ASTM A519 is specified for Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Mechanical Tubing. It covers several grades of carbon steel tube and alloy steel seamless mechanical tubing including SAE 1008, 1010, 1020, 1026, 1045, 1541, 4130, 4140, etc. This specification covers both seamless hot finished mechanical tubing and seamless cold finished mechanical tubing up to 12 3/4 inches in terms of outer diameter. ● Offering tight tolerances for outer diameter and wall thickness to help clients save materials for afterwards processing
● Our quality control team checks the chemistry composition and metallographic analysis for raw materials before putting them into production.
● Process inspection for each procedure about piercing, pickling, cold drawn, straightening, heat treatment and eddy current detection.
● Dingxin provide Mill Test Certificate for each product showing steel grade, chemistry and mechanical properties, dimensions, etc.
● NDT (non-destructive testing) is applied for 100% of the pipes to avoid surface defects

A: 30% advance payment, 70% balance against B/L copy.
4. Q: Can I get a sample to check the quality?
A: Yes, Dingxin will provide same material with similar size for quality check. The express fee is charged by the client.
