Extrusion Blow Molding is a unique process that combines blow molding and extrusion. Use an extruder to directly extrude the tube blank and hang it in the pre-separation cavity of the lower mold. Because the blow mold is only composed of negative mold, the wall thickness of the product can be changed by simply adjusting the gap between the die of the head or the extrusion conditions, which is very advantageous for the products that cannot accurately calculate the required wall thickness in advance.



7. Blow molding can produce very small wall thickness products, and can produce complex shape, irregular and integral products.



8. The type embryo flows out through the extruder head and directly into the blow mold forming, without secondary heating, high production efficiency.



9. In the process of blowing, the embryo is formed through the head, and the lower pressure is blown, which determines that the residual of the blown products is less, the tensile resistance, bending, impact and other strains are higher, and the service life is better.
